Availability of Products
Even though www.soldermall.com (BOMBAY INSULATED CABLES AND WIRES LTD) shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves the right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
Any item ordered by you (customer) is subject to availability. In case of unavailability of any exact product, you will be offered an alternate item to purchase.

Order processing time
Specified order processing days & delivery days are carried out on working/business days only. Weekends, Holidays & National holidays are excluded from the delivery timeline.
Www.soldermall.com (BOMBAY INSULATED CABLES AND WIRES LTD) shall strive to meet the delivery schedule as stated in the order form, any delay/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages and/or compensation from www.soldermall.com (BOMBAY INSULATED CABLES AND WIRES LTD). Our normal delivery schedule is meant to be used as a guideline and is available within respective product descriptions.
Www.soldermall.com (BOMBAY INSULATED CABLES AND WIRES LTD) shall take due care at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation in the event of any confusion at the customer’s end.
Order Security Check
We hold every received order on security check for few hours. If in case we require some additional verification on your order, you may require submitting some additional documents to verify your identity in relation with the credit card/bank information used to make the payment.
These documents includes but not limited to are; Photo Identity proof + Credit Card Statement Copy (FAX/Scan Copy). If you are not comfortable submitting these details, your order will get cancelled with immediate effect and money will be refunded back to source of payment i.e. - credit card/bank account.
Octroi/Import Duties/Custom Charges
Octroi charges are applicable & levied by your country’s custom department, so you (customer) will be responsible to pay any sort of octroi (import duties), in addition to the total order amount paid at www.soldermall.com (BOMBAY INSULATED CABLES AND WIRES LTD). No Return/ Refund Requests/Chargeback cases will be entertained in such case.
Product Pricing

Offers & Promotion

Order Delivery Refusal
If due to any reason/customer the customer declines to accept the delivery, it will be subject of deductions as applicable on individual order.
Shipment Carrier
Www.soldermall.com (BOMBAY INSULATED CABLES AND WIRES LTD) reserve complete rights to use/choose/change any of the shipment carrier/shipping agency for delivery order parcels to customer locations.

Product Claim
Unboxing Video is compulsory for Claiming any Damage / Defect / Incomplete product.
Warranty
While Soldron products bought from outside of www.soldermall.com allows for only 6 months of manufacturer warranty, www.soldermall.com is offering an extra 6 months, so in total 12 months of warranty on all original Soldron products bought from www.soldermall.com. This warranty as with the standard provided 6 month period, is only applicable on manufacturing defects of Soldron products and not on wear and tear parts such as bits, mains cord, grip. Warranty will be void if product is tampered with, which includes any sort of and level of dismantling or external damage. www.soldermall.com reserves the right to deny extra warranty facility under any circumstance that it feels necessary.
www.soldermall.com (Bombay insulated cables and wires co.) will remain the middleman in dealing with Vimla Engineering(Soldron manufacturers) for any warranty enquiries.
All shipping costs including those related to warranty of products sending and receiving will be borne by the customer. Products will only be sent to and received from www.soldermall.com.
As with all other policies, all disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
